Job Title: Low-Power Semiconductor Solutions Specialist
Location: Europe and North America, with a focus on building a center of gravity around our Porto and Kristiansand offices.
Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Low-Power Semiconductor Solutions Specialist will play a key role in supporting the sales and product teams by providing technical expertise to customers. This involves engaging with customers to understand their specific requirements, offering tailored solutions, and assisting with the integration and optimization of our products in their applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing pre- and post-sales support for Nanopower Semiconductor products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and present suitable technical solutions that align with their low-power requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Assist customers with the design, integration, and optimization of Nanopower solutions into their applications, ensuring compliance with specifications and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with internal engineering and product development teams.
  • Provide detailed feedback on customer requirements, application challenges, and competitive landscape to help guide product development and strategy.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Nanopower's technology and main applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in semiconductors, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer success. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in field application engineering, technical support, or a similar role within the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor products, low-power design principles, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of analogue, mixed-signal, and power management ICs.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting customers in the design and implementation of semiconductor solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools/software, e.g., circuit simulation tools, PCB design software, etc.
