We're on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Professional to join our team as a Business Enablement Specialist.

As a Business Enablement Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives to empower our sales and marketing teams. You'll work closely with Global Marketing and Division Directors to plan and execute marketing campaigns and sales-related initiatives, gathering market insights, and developing relationships that strengthen our brand presence and market penetration.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their experience in expanding a B2B tech services company in an international setting. We highly value first-hand experience living and working in America or in the American business culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to gather insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop market growth strategies in collaboration with sales teams, ensuring effective execution and tracking against established goals.
  • Lead targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by identifying high-value accounts, researching their needs, and developing personalized campaigns.
  • Plan and execute industry-specific marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture them through the sales process.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify, engage, and follow up on new leads and opportunities generated from field activities.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve future planning and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage partnerships to develop co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and mutually beneficial programs that enhance lead generation and market presence.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Business Development.
  • Experience in B2B tech services is essential; first-hand experience living and working in America or in an American business culture is highly valued.
  • International experience is mandatory; proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is required.
  • Strong leadership skills, ambition to grow professionally within the company, and passion for driving growth through targeted marketing and sales initiatives are essential.
