Salary: We offer a competitive salary package for this Automation Strategy Lead position, with an estimated annual salary range of €90,000 - €120,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
As our Automation Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing our organization's automation strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader business objectives. You will oversee the entire RPA lifecycle, from initial assessment to deployment and ongoing maintenance, fostering a culture of automation and innovation within the organization. Your leadership skills will enable you to mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions and intelligent automations. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing complex automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, and other RPA tools, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to RPA implementations, identifying and prioritizing process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy, analyzing existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this Automation Strategy Lead position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably with a strong focus on UiPath and Power Automate. Proven experience leading and mentoring RPA teams is essential, as well as a strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and methodologies. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell is also required, along with experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and APIs. Additionally, a certification in RPA, such as UiPath Advanced Developer, is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills are crucial, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is a must.
