Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Validate written content for accuracy and quality, working with our team to improve the quality of our work.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and content quality.
Requirements:
- A native level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English.
- Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support.
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
