As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of content on our social media platform. You will be responsible for validating written content, confirming its accuracy, and quality, and working with our team to improve the quality of our work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Validate written content for accuracy and quality, working with our team to improve the quality of our work.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and content quality.

Requirements:

  • A native level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English.
  • Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
