Customer Service Specialist and Content Validator

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email or social media, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Validate written content for accuracy and quality, working closely with our content team to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our work.
**Requirements:**
- Native level of German and at least a C1 level of English.
- Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support.
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic and innovative approach, with a strong ability to work proactively at a fast pace.

- A competitive salary of €1458 per month (gross), plus performance bonus, language bonus, and signing bonuses.
- Full-time employment with 40 hours/week, including shifts 24/7 Monday to Sunday.
