Turkish-English Customer Service and Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Turkish-English Customer Service and Content Moderator. As a customer experience representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that consumers have a positive online experience by reviewing and validating digital content on a retail website.
About the Role:
- Act with a sense of urgency to review and validate content and reviews on a website for accuracy and appropriateness for the audience
- Flag inappropriate or inaccurate content
- Translation proofreading
Requirements:
- Customer service or content moderation experience or the aptitude with high level of detail orientation
- Effective written communication skills including grammar and spelling in Turkish-English
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with the use of digital platforms
- Ability to work in a team setting
