We are hiring a BPO Customer Support Agent to join our team at GrabJobs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide world-class support to customers, working with top brands.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to think critically and resolve complex issues effectively.
You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Answering inbound calls and customer inquiries;
- Providing support and direction to customers while resolving customer service issues;
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
- Troubleshooting using open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions;
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 Level or Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Previous experience or contact with clients;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility.
