Job Description
We are seeking an HRIS Specialist or equivalent HR technology professional with proven experience. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle, or similar systems. Key responsibilities include configuring, updating, and maintaining HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing basic reporting capabilities. Additionally, the selected candidate will be able to identify and resolve system-related issues, collaborate with HR teams and IT, and assist staff with system navigation and troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or in a similar HR technology position.
2. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle, or similar).
3. Ability to configure, update, and maintain HRIS systems.
4. Experience with data entry, integrity checks, and basic reporting.
5. Ability to identify and resolve system-related issues.
6. Comfortable working with HR teams and IT to support system needs.
7. Experience assisting HR staff with system navigation and troubleshooting.
