We are committed to driving system excellence and making a significant impact in the field of HR technology. As a Business Analyst and Service Support Analyst, you will be central to our Group HRIS program, ensuring a seamless experience for our entities.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst and Service Support Analyst, your responsibilities will span across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support. You will manage ticketing for HR solutions, oversee development requests, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will coordinate production instances, prepare dashboards, and manage user access security reviews. You will also handle incident management, referential management, change requests, and provide solutions based on entities' needs. Furthermore, you will analyze complex issues, support lower-level teams, and implement improvements based on assessment campaigns.
Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Business Analyst or Service Support Analyst, particularly in HRIS system implementations in international contexts. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and a robust understanding of data migration, integration, and testing methodologies is required. Proficiency in HR technology solutions and tools, including data mapping and integration, is essential. You should have strong knowledge of HRIS systems and configuration, expertise in testing methodologies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Additionally, exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong communication skills to engage and persuade stakeholders, ability to adapt to changing environments and manage time effectively, and a creative approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are necessary.
