The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing campaign support and advertiser training. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
**Main Responsibilities:
- Manage leads by contacting existing B2B customers daily and identifying sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry.
- Act as a consultant for clients' online advertising strategies.
- Understand clients' business goals and align them with tailored advertising solutions.
- Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
**Requirements:
- Native-level Italian and fluent English (training is conducted in English).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Passion for digital marketing and online advertising.
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal (a MUST).
