About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering win-win cost-effective solutions on time and in full. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, setting priorities, monitoring, and controlling projects to ensure delivery as per agreed scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver win-win cost-effective solutions through focused project teams
* Lead project teams, plan, set priorities, monitor, and control projects
* Manage complex issues, escalating where necessary
* Proactively manage scope, cost, time, and quality of each project assigned
* Deliver project objectives through structured approach aligned with industry best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Science or Engineering, or related field, or equivalent job experience
* Project Management qualification or education (desirable)
* Previous relevant experience in operational and/or scientific area within Hovione or Pharmaceutical Industry (highly desirable)
* Technical background preferred along with prior experience as a member of a project team
* Experience of Project Management processes and tools (desirable)
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Fluency in English (highly desirable)
