Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Dutch. You should also have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and patient individual who is passionate about helping others. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
