We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Performance Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure compliance with our quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include providing feedback and coaching to customer service representatives to improve their performance. You will also identify areas of improvement and work closely with management to enhance service quality.

Conducting regular audits and reporting insights to optimize customer satisfaction will be an essential part of your role. To succeed in this position, you must have native-level Dutch and a good command of English.
