About Us:
At AXA GO, our Group Technology Operations (GTO) division is dedicated to designing, developing, and operating Global IT products that deliver top-quality service aligned with business-driven priorities. Our Corporate Functions Global Products department focuses on providing end-user applications across various Corporate & Support Functions, ensuring excellence and consistency across our products.
Your Role:
As a Service Support Analyst, you will be pivotal in our Group HRIS program. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will be responsible for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for our entities.
Main Responsibilities:
Post Go-Live Support:
Manage ticketing for HR solutions, oversee the development of requests, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Level 1 Support:
Coordinate production instances, prepare dashboards, and conduct security reviews for user access.
Level 2 Support:
Handle incident management, referential management, and provide solutions based on entities' requests.
Level 3 Support:
Analyze and resolve complex issues, support lower-level teams, and implement process improvements.
Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
Proven track record as a Business Analyst, Service Support Analyst, or a similar role.
Experience in HRIS system implementations, particularly within an international context.
Familiarity with Talent and Performance systems, including HRIS Suite or best-of-breed solutions.
Proficiency in HR technology and a history of successful contributions to HRIS projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in HR technology solutions and tools, with the ability to configure and manage HRIS systems.
Strong data migration and integration capabilities, with an understanding of data mapping and connections.
Expertise in testing methodologies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Strong communication skills to engage and persuade stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage time effectively.
A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
