**Overview of the Position**

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Director to lead our team responsible for the data centre construction project. The successful candidate will ensure that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, aligned with project goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies tailored to project requirements
  • Negotiating contracts and terms to ensure best value and quality
  • Managing tender clarifications, down selection process, and contract award
  • Ensuring contract compliance and overseeing assurance processes

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid knowledge of Procurement, Cost, and Commercial Management principles
  • Experience managing contracts and service procurement for construction projects, preferably in data centres or mission-critical facilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and financial skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage teams effectively
