About the RoleThe Coffee Brand Support Specialist role involves providing personalized and professional communication to customers, addressing their needs and inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice or digital platforms
- Providing a personalized and professional approach to communication
- Resolving customer issues efficiently through First Contact Resolution
- French (native level) and English (B2 level minimum)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach based on customer needs
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
