About the Role

The Coffee Brand Support Specialist role involves providing personalized and professional communication to customers, addressing their needs and inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice or digital platforms
  • Providing a personalized and professional approach to communication
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently through First Contact Resolution
Skills and Qualifications
  • French (native level) and English (B2 level minimum)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach based on customer needs
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
