This role involves providing top-notch customer support as a commercial assistant for a prestigious fashion brand client in Portugal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of customer relationship management software
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate effectively in formal and polished language
  • Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in a call center environment (valued)
  • Native or near-native level Norwegian language proficiency (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of English (valued)
