The Marketing Operations Coordinator role is a key interface between IMS business partners and IMS service teams, overseeing cross-service requests utilizing IMS services. This role is responsible for end-to-end brief intake, orchestration, delivery management, and project planning, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the process. Key responsibilities include

• Cross-service brief intake, specification, and enrichment with business partners and/or other IMS roles.
• Approval or rejection of requests based on feasibility.
• Development of cross-service project plans, including goals, business needs, service scope, requirements, team composition, timeline, milestones, and budget.
• Breakdown of projects into one-brief-requests to accommodate individual service needs.
• Preparation and briefing of IMS service teams according to project plans.
• Attendance at kick-off meetings organized by IMS business partners.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, manage complex projects, and drive business growth through effective project management. If you have a strong background in marketing, brand management, and content/digital account management, along with excellent project management skills, we encourage you to apply.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and tight deadlines. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a deep understanding of E2E digital marketing processes, consumer engagement, search, e-commerce, content, CRM, D2D, design, branding, social media, and marketing analytics. Experience with marketing technology and project management tools is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of around €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
