**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to join our team at THE FORCE. As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the regulatory strategy for our clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

•⁠ Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with EU and international regulations

•⁠ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide regulatory guidance and support

•⁠ Manage multiple global and European projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

•⁠ Stay up-to-date with regulatory procedures and guidelines, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

•⁠ Provide training and knowledge-sharing to junior colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

**Requirements**

•⁠ Academic degree in pharmacy or related scientific field

•⁠ At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in an international environment

•⁠ Strong business fluency in German, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

•⁠ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and identify creative solutions

•⁠ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of regulatory professionals
