At Axians, we are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Senior IT Continuity Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work in an international project within the banking sector.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong experience in IT Continuity to work on an international project. As a Senior IT Continuity Expert, you will be responsible for implementing policies, frameworks, methods, and tools to control IT Continuity and Resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing policies, the reference framework, methods, and tools to control IT Continuity and Resilience;
- Coordinating IT Asset classification by chasing IT Asset managers and checking the consistency of IT Asset classification and the appropriate recording in the Group IT Continuity tool (ServiceNow based);
- Coordinating the maintenance of IT Continuity plans aiming to describe the recovery solution for the different DR scenarios by supporting IT Asset manager;
- Improving the quality of IT Continuity plans to be compliant with all Group IT Continuity requirements;
- Tracking and analyzing of incident report of IT continuity solution following an incident;
- Reporting on IT Continuity and Resilience;
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of IT continuity plans, procedures, and incident reports;
- Providing training and awareness programs to all stakeholders;
- Proposing improvement in the BAU processes;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- A master's degree is preferred;
- Minimum 5 years work experience, Minimum 3 years in IT Continuity;
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage;
- Relevant certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) are highly desirable;
- English – Expert; French (B2 minimum);
