Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk Analyst to join our Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud team, part of the global IT Group.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening IT risk management, cybersecurity, and operational resilience across multiple international teams.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission to address the evolving cyber threats and manage risks in a global financial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the successful deployment of the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud (CDF) Xshore program in Portugal, India, and Poland, ensuring full compliance with governance, risk management processes, and methodology.
  • Manage sub-projects from ideation to go-live, ensuring third-party risk management and governance procedures are followed.
  • Provide operational support to the CDF teams in the implementation of international setups, including coordinating change management for onshore teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define and implement the contract (SLA, billing processes) between the CDF Department and local entities.
  • Support the creation and deployment of mutualized cybersecurity services, ensuring they meet all risk management and compliance criteria.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various internal functions to assess and mitigate key risks.
  • Report progress to CDF and IT Group Central Sourcing teams, ensuring alignment with project milestones and risk management standards.
  • Contribute to the monthly steering committee and provide regular updates on project status, risk assessments, and mitigation actions.

We are looking for a candidate with strong project management skills, a focus on risk assessment, and cybersecurity expertise. A solid understanding of third-party risk management processes, outsourcing, and governance is also required.
