About the Role: As a Claims Investigation Specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer experiences by handling claims processes, identifying potential fraud, and working closely with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage designated inboxes, including incoming and outgoing tickets, emails, and case work
  2. Investigate and resolve complex cases involving damage, liability claims, potential fraud, or brand risk
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective case strategies

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both French and English languages
  • Background in claims, fraud investigation, and/or risk analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex customer issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage sensitive situations professionally
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Experience in claim resolution negotiation
