About the Role: As a Claims Investigation Specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer experiences by handling claims processes, identifying potential fraud, and working closely with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage designated inboxes, including incoming and outgoing tickets, emails, and case work
- Investigate and resolve complex cases involving damage, liability claims, potential fraud, or brand risk
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective case strategies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both French and English languages
- Background in claims, fraud investigation, and/or risk analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex customer issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage sensitive situations professionally
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks under pressure
- Experience in claim resolution negotiation
