Guest Experience Enhancement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
">The Guest Experience Enhancement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality. This includes inspecting rooms after cleaning, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the Housekeeping team to implement changes.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet quality standards
- Run sold room reports to verify room status and identify discrepant rooms
- Prioritize room cleaning tasks based on guest arrival times and departures
- Update status of departing guest rooms and communicate with Front Desk staff
Working Relationships:
">The Guest Experience Enhancement Specialist will work closely with the Housekeeping team, as well as other departments such as Engineering and Front Office. The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues is essential for success in this role.
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly desirable.
