Identity and Access Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to lead our SailPoint IdentityIQ team. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our squad, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and optimally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM Security and the ability to lead and empower a team. You will work closely with our cross-divisional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our identity platform and projects.
Key responsibilities will include setting team goals, defining project priorities, and ensuring the accurate completion of tasks. You will also be responsible for establishing a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where employees are encouraged to share insights and work together.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support
- Set team goals, define project priorities, and ensure the accurate completion of tasks
- Establish a collaborative and inclusive work culture
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with partners and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and regulations to improve the team's capabilities
Requirements
- Possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement robust identity lifecycle management processes
- Define and enforce access control policies and reviews, ensuring compliance with both internal and external audits
