About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Integration Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal. As an EDI Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and motivating a team that is focused on sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and clearing of system and document errors
- Trading partner setups
- Map development
- Code list maintenance
- Third-party partner interfacing
- Communication via email/teams with Oracle developers, EDI team members, business contacts, customers, trading partners, and management
- Technical and process documentation as needed
- Daily interaction with the EDI team to stay aligned on daily support and project work
Requirements:
- Full-time education – Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
- Strong knowledge on IBM Sterling Integrator
- Good understanding of any ERP (Oracle R12 Preferred)
- Experience supporting EDI integration with any ERP (Oracle R12 Preferred)
- Sound knowledge of Supply chain & B2B
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud a Plus
- Ability to project manage and collaborate with extended large teams for testing and new developments
- Collaborate with internal staff to develop and test new or modified systems
- Should be able to manage and lead the offshore team when needed
- Flexible working schedule to support Europe and US time zone (12-9 PM IST / 4PM-1AM IST)
