HR Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Trainee to join our team at Forvia. As an HR Trainee, you will provide support in various domains on Human Resources, including administrative management, internal procedures, training management, contract management, payroll execution, communication and engagement, and employee empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the administrative management of HR, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Support the management and execution of internal procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the management of contracts, including contract review, negotiation, and administration.
• Support the execution of payroll, including data entry, processing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement communication and engagement strategies to enhance employee experience.
• Support the development and implementation of employee empowerment initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Good level of English language proficiency.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high standards.
