About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dutch Language Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon. As a customer advisor, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, handling their inquiries and concerns via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email
  • Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via various channels
  • Provide information about trending products and offer advice on product-related matters
  • Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products

Requirements

  • Proficient in Dutch and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
