About the Role

As an Audit Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of audit engagements, working closely with teams across EMEA. You will identify trends and themes in results, develop audit reports, and influence key stakeholders in broader actions.

  • Lead the execution of a portfolio of audit engagements, including global audits across different regions.
  • Build learning and apply professional judgment in planning and risk assessment activities.
  • Create a collaborative and supportive team spirit while overseeing the quality of outcomes.
  • Guide, coach, and supervise the work of the team throughout the audit engagement.
  • Influence the business by agreeing actions and delivering the final audit report.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or professional qualification.
  • 5-7 years of significant proven experience in Audit/Risk Management/Compliance or significant experience in insurance business positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, internal control frameworks, and audit testing.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, and guide and coach the team to deliver on time to high-quality standards.
  • Experience in leading teams within complex international organizations with multiple cultures and in a hybrid working environment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to interact with stakeholders from all seniority levels and build business relationships.
