The Global Meetings Management (GMM) OUS Audit Manager is responsible for managing and performing the GMM Audit process, ensuring outsourced supplier compliance to Amgen policies and audit requirements. The role involves GMM Meeting Audit/Cvent Data Verification Audits, reviewing program hotel contracts, tracking and reporting on audit findings, and ensuring all supporting documents are accurate and uploaded into Cvent. You will work closely with suppliers, partner with GMM, and maintain strict confidentiality of employee, financial and company records.
We are looking for a self-motivated professional with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and experience managing outsource partner relationships. As an experienced professional, you should have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Experience in HCP Compliance, Audit, or Finance is highly desirable. Additionally, you will demonstrate judgment and make appropriate recommendations.
Apart from this challenging role, we offer a $85,000-$110,000 per year salary range, depending on your level of experience.
