About the Role
The GMM OUS Meeting Audit Manager plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with Amgen policies and audit requirements. This position involves managing and performing the GMM Audit process, tracking and reporting on findings, and monitoring data quality in Cvent.
Responsibilities
- Audit all outsourced billing backup and budgets for in-scope meetings.
- Review program hotel contracts and confirm that all terms and concessions are reflected in final bills.
- Track and report on audit findings and monetary value of lost savings and discrepancies.
- Ensure all supporting documents are accurate and uploaded into Cvent.
- Monitor data quality in Cvent and partner with GMM on supplier QBRs.
- Audit MSA fulfilments, including KPI/Rate Card/Corporate rate.
- Purchase Order Research/Reconciliation of audited meeting expenses.
- Maintain frequent external contact with suppliers.
- Provide training, support, and guidance for team members.
- Escalate agency issues and identify developmental needs.
- Train suppliers as needed on closeout procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, financial, and company records.
- Work with Global Meetings Audit Manager to ensure minimum requirements are met.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong internal control focus.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience managing outsource partner relationships.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to demonstrate judgment and make appropriate recommendations.
- HCP Compliance, or Audit, or Finance experience.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
