Job Summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, is a global leader in digital business transformation. As a Financial Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness in our daily PTP activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Drive opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate PTP processes.
  • Collaborate with operational finance subject matter experts to ensure continuity and end-to-end process effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of specific accounting experience, preferably in a project business environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day processes.
  • Very good knowledge of D365 or willingness to learn.
  • Agile and flexible working hours, digital nomad policy, and focus on career development.
