Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that supports business objectives and drives innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Negotiate contracts that secure favorable terms and conditions, while maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring quality services.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and develop effective sourcing solutions.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements, contributing to the organization's financial goals.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business (Law), Information Systems, Computer Science & AI, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor relationship management, demonstrating the ability to secure favorable terms and drive value.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with a solid understanding of best practices in procurement processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry, regulatory landscape, and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.
