About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven professional to lead our Procurement Insights & Analytics department. As our new Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that impact procurement practices globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices and implement process improvements across all procurement activities.
- Develop and guide the implementation of standardized procedures and process improvements.
- Work as a PEX Partner for 2 of our Global Procurement module teams, ensuring the successful implementation of PEX initiatives.
Requirements
- A master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
- Solid analytic skills with the ability to derive tangible actions from data.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SAP BI an advantage.
- Familiarity with cost programs and cost analysis beneficial.
