Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advisor to join our Revenue Services organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management, executive-level advising, and interdepartmental collaboration.

This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. As a member of our team, you will contribute to driving business productivity by streamlining initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under senior leadership guidance.
  • Assist and communicate with management in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure, identify knowledge and skills gaps, and help address them.
  • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
  • Team up with senior managers to prioritize strategic business moves.
  • Guide department Senior Managers with expert advice to enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Keep meetings focused and plan and coordinate them effectively.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide guidance to senior managers on how to improve performance.
  • Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
  • Steer strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition.
  • Pinpoint and address core issues within business processes.
  • Presentation of detailed company operations analysis to Vice Presidents and Managing Directors.
  • Evaluate risk factors when making critical business decisions.
  • Lead meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.
  • Identify areas of improvement across the organization and make actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.
  • Develop and build relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, help define new operational strategies by working with senior managers and Managing Directors on special projects.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive role.
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
