FedEx, the largest express transportation company in the world, is looking for a Strategic Customer Experience Manager. We deliver the most important package of someone's day and provide data insights that boost opportunities for our global customers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will define the strategy and vision for customer journeys and experiences, creating an experience roadmap and managing product backlogs to deliver valuable features and improvements. They will work with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance digital and process capabilities and monitor performance to meet customer expectations and deliver business outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Define Vision & Strategy: Develop strategic plans for assigned customer journeys and experiences, aligning with customer needs and organizational objectives.
- Roadmap / Backlog Management: Create and manage experience roadmaps, prioritizing and delivering high-value features and improvements on time.
- Experience Enhancements: Lead enhancements for both digital and process capabilities from idea to realization, obtaining buy-in and support from stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with teams to ensure journey/experience meets customer expectations and delivers desired business outcomes.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey objectives, progress, and outcomes.
