This leadership position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, a general undergraduate degree, and relevant professional qualifications. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and deliver projects, and strong judgement and decision-making skills.

In return, FedEx offers a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
