The Customer Financial Services Director will play a critical role in leading our financial services team, ensuring seamless execution of financial processes, and driving business growth through strategic decision-making. This individual will be responsible for managing resources, departments, and locations, ensuring that departmental goals are achieved and processes are completed promptly and consistently.

This leadership position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, a general undergraduate degree, and relevant professional qualifications. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and deliver projects, and strong judgement and decision-making skills.

In return, FedEx offers a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role will involve:
