About the Role:
Rydoo is seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive sales growth within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a natural ability to hunt for new opportunities and manage existing accounts to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement of sales targets.
• Engage with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions through strategic value-based selling and business case definition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Professional Services, to manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS industry.
• Strong sales hunter skills and ability to manage accounts.
• Great social skills and a dynamic presence.
• Positive and upbeat attitude.
• Passion for taking part in a scale-up culture.
• English minimum level C1, with additional languages a plus.
