About the Role
As a Trip Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance throughout their travel experience. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients via inbound calls, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have
- Managing reservations, including ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation
- Booking experiences and activities, providing advice on the best options for our clients
- Being responsible for booking changes, cancellations, and refunds
