Unlock Your Potential as a Cloud Architect & Advisor

At SAP, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cloud Architect & Advisor to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a key member of our Cloud Architecture & Advisory team, you'll play a critical role in validating the technical feasibility of RISE deals during the presales phase, ensuring our customers receive landscapes that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present the RISE with SAP offering to customers, running workshops and serving as the primary point of contact for technical topics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and technical domain experts to address customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Design and hand over infrastructure designs and customer-specific parameters to build teams for deployment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • High proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
  • Good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of data center capabilities like high availability or disaster recovery is a benefit.
  • Good understanding of the entire platform stack (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.).
  • Experience with implementation and operating SAP solutions.
  • SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills are a benefit.
  • Foundations knowledge of cybersecurity.
  • Self-sufficient worker and strong team player.
  • Affinity to technical topics, willingness to tackle aspects outside the comfort zone, and to continuously learn.
  • Fluency in English is a must, any other language an asset.
