SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for businesses. As a Cloud Architect & Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their cloud transformation goals.

As a technical expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. This includes working closely with our sales teams and delivery teams to ensure that all technical aspects of the solution are properly addressed.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for customers
  • Collaborating with sales teams and delivery teams to ensure technical aspects are properly addressed
  • Providing technical expertise to customers on cloud-based solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience
  • High proficiency in customer communications and presentations
  • Good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Understanding of data center capabilities like high availability or disaster recovery is a benefit
  • Good understanding of the entire platform stack (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks etc.)
  • Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies etc.)
  • Experience with implementation and operating SAP solutions.
  • SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills are a benefit
  • Foundations knowledge of cybersecurity
  • Self-sufficient worker and strong team player
  • Affinity to technical topics, willingness to tackle aspects outside the comfort zone and to continuously learn
  • Fluency in English is a must, any other language an asset.
