We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide Sa. As a key member of our Procurement Iberian Region team, you will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies on a local level, managing P2P channels, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and requirements to the Local Business Partner and report on a regular basis.
- Understand business needs and requirements within the assigned scope.
- Carry out data retrieval, analysis, and representation as directed.
- Interface with suppliers to help with supplier development and switch out activities.
- Work with HOP and Business Partners to integrate sourcing plans and outcomes in local budgets and price planning processes.
- Act to integrate innovation, renovation, and post-award cost improvement elements from suppliers into all in-scope functional or site/production processes.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English and intermediate level of Spanish.
- Solid understanding of Procurement processes.
- Solid command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to successfully lead projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong results-oriented profile and team player.
- Analytical skills with a critical and efficiency improvement mindset.
