About the Role:
As a Procurement E-Sourcing Specialist, you will prepare tools essential for executing e-Sourcing activities, conduct mock/live e-auctions, and provide support for RFx and/or e-Auction processes. You will assist buyers in data management, leading to the creation of events, and train buyers and suppliers on e-auction tools and specifics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tools for e-Sourcing activities (RFx & eAuctions)
- Conduct mock/live e-auctions in partnership with buyers
- Provide support for RFx and/or e-Auction processes
- Assist buyers with data management and event creation
- Train buyers and suppliers on e-auction tools and specifics
Requirements:
- Experience in Procurement tools and processes, preferably in E-procurement/E-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba Sourcing, Keelvar, or Coupa)
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Must-have skills: Good communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, high level of initiative, and quick learner/willingness to learn and develop
