Job Title: Conectys Human Resources Expert - Administration Services Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Expert to join our team at Conectys. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources administration, with a focus on people management and administration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to the HR Manager in preparing written advice for stakeholders and optimization/implementation of processes and procedures on global initiatives.
- Analyze and present data, identify errors and legal risks, and present solutions.
- Support all People Administration Processes ensuring continuous completion and optimization of workflows and methods.
- Manage disciplinary proceedings and ensure fairness and legal compliance at all stages.
- Oversee time and attendance, including annual leave, absences, and long leaves.
- Support the payroll cycle and liaise with suppliers.
- Provide administrative and legal expertise across the organization.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management, Law, or similar field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR administration or similar.
- Experience in BPO and/or large fast-paced Operations' companies.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level).
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor regulations.
- Proficient with MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook...).
