Job Description

The candidate will assist in monitoring actions related to the Bank's products, services, and processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal rules.

  1. Assist in monitoring actions regarding the Bank products, services, and processes and ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and internal rules;
  2. Prepare compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders;
  3. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and assist in their implementation with relevant areas;
  4. Perform assessments of regulatory requirements (gap analysis);
  5. Advise other areas on compliance issues;
  6. Ensure adherence to external and internal rules and regulations, including GDPR;
  7. Assist in designing and delivering compliance training programs for Bank's staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has up to 5 years of experience in compliance in a financial institution, a degree in Law, fluency in English, and significant knowledge of legislation and regulation applicable to the banking sector, particularly MiFID II and AML-FT rules.
