Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Team Lead Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As an Insurance Team Lead Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance administration processes. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the daily performance of the team, being a point of reference for technical and procedural best practice operational knowledge, and managing relations with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for actively contributing to the pursuit of business objectives and escalating issues/topics to the Service Operations Manager when appropriate.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and selection of team members.
  • Execute other assigned tasks in a qualified and timely manner.
  • Create a culture of customer centric mind-set on the team.
  • Share the company vision and team mission and support its application on the day to day.
  • Responsible for training and coaching the team and support the staff in their personal development and career planning ensuring the recognition of good performance.
  • Assist the Manager and management chain in decisions and team mission execution by providing data and/or support when needed.
