Portuguese Speaking B2B Sales Professional Wanted for Thessaloniki Offices

We are looking for a highly skilled Portuguese-speaking B2B Sales Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for conducting sales calls, presentations, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote new products and services
- Assist customers with empathy and guide them in using our software
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly
- Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to relevant teams
- Document interactions accurately and analyze customer trends
- Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships
You will also be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and with leadership on strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions and ensure adherence to service standards.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- Native / fluent in Portuguese (both verbal and written)
- Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, ideally B2B, or customer service
- Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps
- Experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with sales tracking tools and adaptable to change
- Team player, open to feedback, and committed to learning and self-improvement
