Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing Level 1 (L1) ICT support to users through multiple interaction methods.
  • Supporting additional Service Desk functions, including Knowledge Management, IT Asset Management, and Continual Service Improvement.
  • Maintaining and updating IT asset management records and systems.
  • Creating, updating, and managing information resources in Knowledge Management systems.
  • Actively contributing to the Continual Service Improvement process.

Qualifications

  • Proven IT Service Desk experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office, and common enterprise desktop applications.
  • Deployment and management of mobile computing solutions, including VPN access, remote connections, and WLAN.
  • User administration in MS Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Outlook in an MS Exchange environment.
  • Operative use of ITIL framework.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
