We are expanding our Global sales team and seeking a Sales Solutions Specialist to provide critical support in the closure of new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, setting up, and customizing demo scenarios to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and solution consultants to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business goals.
  • Design and configure customized demo flows that reflect real-world use cases relevant to the customer's industry and needs.
  • Set up tailored demo instances using low-code/no-code tools and customize UI, business processes, analytics, etc. to align with the customer's needs.
  • Ensure demo data, automation, and UI components create a realistic user experience.
  • Build reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to streamline future presentations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of proven experience as a Presales Engineer/Junior Business Analyst/Customer Support Specialist/Business Development Representative with an interest in development in a more technical field.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate+
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-organization and planning
  • Knowledge of BPMN
  • Previous experience working with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, etc.
