Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and a strong drive for results. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers;
- Cultivating solid cross-functional relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners;
- Developing and executing SASE sales strategies and initiatives tailored for the region;
- Influencing key decision-makers and ensuring proper positioning of use cases and delivering the value proposition effectively;
- Participating in external events and engaging in EBCs, Customer Roundtables, Industry events, and other external gatherings to represent Palo Alto Networks' Zero Trust & SASE Strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of success in enterprise sales in Portugal;
- Proven experience closing high-value, complex deals of $1m+;
- Experience selling SASE solutions/platforms or technologies such as SWG, CASB/DLP, FWaaS, SD-WAN, and ZTNA;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, native/fluent Portuguese, and advanced English language skills;
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build trust with prospects and clients;
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, eager to learn about new technologies and industry trends;
- Experience with enterprise sales methodology (MEDDIC), Must Win Plans, etc.
