About the Job

We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our Facilities team, attend our reception, and welcome visitors. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Assistance: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data input, report production, and mail management.
  2. Event Coordination: Arrange meetings, coordinate processes, events, and office moves to ensure timely execution.
  3. Customer Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  4. Fleet Management: Manage employee fleet and negotiate with suppliers to optimize resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in general office administration and face-to-face customer service.
  • Course work related to Administrative Office Technology or Business Administration preferred.
  • Good knowledge of front desk/receptionist procedures.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
